Where does everyone get thier hosting from?
I get mine from thiswebhost, but I want to switch soon. They used to be cool but recently I've had a lot of problems and they always want money to switch the account over to a new domain.
I use NameCheap.
I used to only use it for domain names, but they opened a hosting service and its pretty good.
Have been with em for about 4 years now.

Bstack looks pretty nice. The lowest reseller is 12$ though =(

Midphase. Really good in some ways but service has periods of being glitchy when load time is slow; seems to last intermittantly for a week or to and then be fine for several months. I have business package which means I can have unlimited domain names, no restrictions on bandwidth, etc. They also have some new really cheap hosting deals out.
I used to have a VPS with Slicehost.com but just in the past few days I've switched to Linode.com because Slicehost is closing up shop and merging with RackSpace.
I never had any problems with Slicehost, however, I'm not too keen on the direction the company is going (soon to not even exist). The merge with RackSpace is supposed to be seamless for Slicehost customers, and it will also reduce monthly fees more or less across the board.
Linode is what Slicehost used to be. Just a straight VPS provider. When looking for a VPS they were a company that I did some research into originally, but due to the Ruby on Rails community being behind Slicehost more than Linode at the time I made my decision to go with the latter.
The best hosts I think are 000webhost.com and webs.com. Don't use Godaddy.com they are extremly expensive. webs.com is the best value!
