Mac vs. PC

So which does everybody prefer? why?

I myself have been a PC user my entire life, but I switched to a macbook pro december of 09, and I must say I don't think I could switch back.

Sure macs are a little over priced and aren't the best for gaming, but it fits all my needs. On any computer all I really do is web/design stuff, email, music, chat, internet browsing etc. The reason it would be hard to switch back is because of all the little things. I love how i can put my mac to sleep and have it ready to go again in a few seconds. I love the track pad and all the little things it can do (2 finger scroll, zoom, expose, etc.). Also the overall sleekness of the machine/keyboard. Not to mention osx is pretty nice as well.

if I were to be honest with myself, I think I'd go for a custom made computer, beacause I'm sort of flaky, I love to game sometimes and Macs just isn't right for that.
But if I get a scholarship when I'm going to university, I will probably buy Imac 27", because I won't have time for gaming or anything else than school.
And also, in my honest opinion, Macs just look more..sophisticated.

I'm a PC user, and it's a gaming desktop that I use. I've grown up on windows, and just can't seem to get a grip on using Macs.
But I will admit, i'm looking to invest in a Macbook, they just look so sleek and work so smoothly. It'd be brilliant for the things I'd need it to do, just internet browse, word process, photoshop and video edit.

i don't like mac..
i like to build the computers my self with the spec's i want, also i like to use Linux, but atm i use windows =(

Nice, yeah you can save a lot of money building your own PC. If I ever get another desktop that's what I'm going to do.
