Ipad, more viable now?

Adobe has/will, release photoshop designed for Ipad and similar, and unlike what I thought, it's not some light version, it's the whole package, re-designed for use with fingers etc, now this was the main reason why I didn't buy Ipad actually, now it really seems like someting I could use.
I'm a keen fan of traveling, do it a lot, portable devices are pretty much necessary to me.
Anyone else that kinda wants an Ipad now?

Thats actually the reason why I never wanted an Ipad. No photoshop... It's great that they are coming out with it, its about time. But I wish they didn't change the layout of photoshop that we all love. I wish that it was the same layout but just use a stylus for it... They are forgetting about the people who actually paint landscapes using brushes, imo!!!

My dad has a ipad, their kind of fun, I'd rather use my laptop though. To me an ipad is just a toy haha

Well it is in my eyes too, but if they made it possible to actually DRAW on them, I really would want one.

Yeah the drawing would be cool. I've never used a tablet before.

it's pretty fun and cool, although when I tried it, I found them to be a tad inaccurate, but of course that could have changed.

Yeah, it could have been the quality of the tablet you used too.
